The Finqu referral program is intended for different partners who make comparisons, produce content and are well networked.
With the program, it is possible to tell about Finqu and benefit from the best commissions on the market.
A partner joins the Finqu Affiliate program by registering at https://affiliates.finqu.com.
After registration, the partner will have access to their own unique referral link and will be able to manage the program dashboard.
It is completely free for the partner to join and use the program.
The commission is paid for all new customers who register through the partner referral link on Finqu. New customers refer to customers who register for the first time with Finqu.
The Commission's amount is shown in the description of the programme and is paid from the tax-free amount of the monthly invoice paid by the customer. The monthly invoice of the customer includes the monthly fee of the service package chosen by the customer, as well as possible payments for transaction costs and additional features. The Commission will pay for all of these without a ceiling.
The Commission will automatically change based on the amount of the customer's invoice. As the amount of the invoice increases, so does the amount of the Commission, and as the amount of the invoice decreases, so does the amount of the Commission.
The Commission is confirmed when the customer pays the invoice. There will be no commissions on any unpaid invoices from the customer. If the customer pays the invoice first, but demands a refund, the commissions paid for this will also be cancelled.
The amount of the Commission will be affected by any ongoing campaigns. For example, when a customer receives 3 free months, no commission will be payable for this period.
The Commission shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of registration of the customer.
Accumulated commissions are paid 4 times a year into the account indicated by the partner. Payment requires the partner's contact information and bank account information.
Taxes (VAT 24%) will be deducted from the amount due, unless there is a reverse charge mechanism (Article 44), in which case the partner will be responsible for paying any taxes.
No commissions under €100 will be paid. Any accumulated Commission shall move to the next three-month period.
Finqu delivers a receipt for the paid commission to the partner's email.
The partner is responsible for its own marketing and undertakes to comply with good practices and laws in its marketing. Finqu's brand must not be displayed alongside, for example, any offensive, discriminatory or illegal material.
The Partner may not register, acquire or use any domain name called Finqu or any variation thereof.
Email spam marketing is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the partnership. Email marketing is only allowed for the partner's own customers who have given their consent separately.
The Partner does not have the right to register all or part of the companies under its control in its own referral program. These include all companies in which the partner is in a leading position, owns shares in the company or otherwise exercises decision-making power within the company.
The Partner may only register its own customers to the Finqu service by using its own referral link and by making the registration on behalf of the customer. Own customer refers to a customer with whom the partner has an existing or future business relationship (e.g. the implementation of an online store). In other cases, the customer must do the registration himself.
The Partner may not use cookie-filling techniques that set a tracking cookie without the customer's knowledge.
Instructions for marketing and highlighting the brand in the right way can be found on Finqu's website.
The partner has the right to terminate the affiliate program at any time by notifying Finqu customer service. After termination, the partner is entitled to commissions until the next commission payment (payment is made 4 times per year). Thereafter, the commissions shall not be paid.
Finqu has the right to terminate the partner immediately if the partner violates these terms and conditions or the partner has failed to create commissions worth at least €50 during the year. In this case, the partner loses all the accrued and possibly imminent commissions.
